Stairs take you to a ground level with living, kitchen, dining, office, bath and a guest bedroom. It also provides access to pool and outdoor living areas. The top floor is reserved for 4 bedrooms and a media room.
Our Styling
Modern luxury, a style to match a grand modern townhouse. This style is becoming more common in Brisbane, particularly in new homes that aren’t built in the typical “Queenslander” design.
Our aim was to both compliment and enhance this style through our styling. Luxury pieces throughout include the use of marble, glass and rich fabrics. Careful selection throughout ensured that the furniture worked seamlessly with the existing designer features. For example the use of our glass dining table in smoke is the perfect match for the glass ball chandelier also in smoke which sits above the dining table and adjacent kitchen.
Ivory sofas contrasted the darker palette throughout the interior, such as stacked stone wall and dark timber shelves and cabinetry.
Crisp white outdoor furniture including a white concrete table complemented the light coloured stone paving and white exterior of the property.
